Legacy is a multi-cuisine restaurant, Eating here is like treating your taste buds to a culinary journey. The menus are carefully crafted and delicately prepared, choosing only the freshest of spices and the finest of ingredients, to meet the highest standard suitable to your discerning palate. We also serve a savant mix of home grown Indian recipes in culinary techniques from faraway lands. Legacy offers anala carte all day menu in addition to the lavish breakfast and lunch buffets. The exotic varieties of cuisines are aptly complemented by a characteristic ambience of the restaurant.


Snehashish Sinha, the Executive Chef of Hotel Palacio, is the author of the New Legacy menu. He was born and brought up in Ghatshila and earned his culinary degree in Kolkata. Chef has a wealth of experience having been in this profession for 20 years. Although he specializes in Indian cuisines, particularly Indian regional dishes, he can also whip up Italian and continental fares to perfection, inspired by his passion for cooking and love for food, he designed the new menu bearing in mind the diversity of cuisines and the demand of our clientele. He constantly tries to keep the expectations of the guests a priority and aims to offer something new all the time so expect more surprises from him in the coming months.
